Lucy L. Owen joined the Issues Management Team at Pinney Associates in 1998 after completing her graduate work in the history of medicine at Oxford University.

Lucy's responsibilities at Pinney Associates have included the management of numerous projects including support for OTC switch programs and prescription medications. Her leadership on these projects has involved providing strategic advice, drafting of issues assessment and management documents and public health rationales; publication management; and the coordination of experts and expert panel meetings.

She works closely with other Pinney Associates teams, including the Data Analysis and Management Team to assess data and analysis needs, and the Marketing Strategy Team to assess and influence the scientific and policy environments.
