The Pinney Associates Data Management and Analysis Team provides critical support for the planning, management, analysis, and interpretation of data from client-sponsored clinical trials and marketing surveys, and from public use data sets.

These analyses allow for comprehensive data submissions to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in support of regulatory and marketing efforts, and augment internal responses to FDA and thought leader concerns. Robust data also underlies communication vehicles based on these analyses, including presentations, reports, and articles in peer-reviewed journals.

The Data Management and Analysis Team:

• Develops data analytic plans to assess the protocol and objectives of clinical trials and marketing surveys
  
  
• Establishes and directs quality assurance and quality control procedures
  
  
• Develops sample size estimates for clinical research projects, in coordination with the Pinney Associates Clinical and Behavioral Research Team
  
  
• Develops and implements database management systems to ensure the validity and consistency of data
  
  
• Develops statistical analyses for internal and external use, including development of reports for submission to FDA and peer-reviewed articles.
