Ryan D’Souza is responsible for researching and evaluating public policy and assisting senior staff on tobacco harm reduction efforts. Additionally, Ryan attends and reports on regulatory meetings and public health conferences to guide development of pharmaceutical and consumer health products.
Previously, Ryan worked in operations for a technology startup where he created and implemented the company’s first employee wellness plan and managed client onboarding. Concurrently, Ryan is a member of the Gaithersburg City Government’s Education Enrichment Committee where he works with local schools to help meet the needs of the city’s students. Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physiology and neurobiology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2016.
