Only a percentage of people exposed to opioids develop problematic use. Individual opioid sensitivity may explain different opioid risk profiles, but to date has only been evaluated in persons with opioid use disorder (OUD). This study examined how opioid sensitivity manifests across various assessments of opioid effects in an opioid-naïve population.
